Daily Rate - Competitive
Start - ASAP
Length - 3 months - full time
An NHS client is currently looking for a Clinical Case Manager to establish new care packages , interviewing and recruiting carers and nurses for both new and existing packages. Please see below for a few more details on the experience needed
- Registered General Nurse and registered with Nursing Midwifery Council - Adult or Mental Health or dual qualified
- Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse
Key experience and qualifications
- Demonstration of professional development
- Knowledge of CHC Framework and application
- Previous continuing care roles, carrying out DST checklists
- Leading, supporting and motivating team members
