The company are looking to bring their development in-house, and this would be to replace a team member to help lead the electronics design.
Role: Senior Electronic Design Engineer
Salary: upto£60,000 dependent on experience
Location: Lincoln
The Role:
* Responsible for the hardware aspects of design and the successful integration with all software automotive management systems.
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, sales and installation teams as well as all in-house staff.
* Improve efficiency of the hardware design process, including fully testing and control of releases.
* Leading hardware design reviews as required to review ideas and schemes from other engineers and contractors.
Key Skills:
* Commercial experience in brushed d.c, brushless, stepper
* Understanding of PCB layout and working with external PCB companies
* Electronic Design - Analogue/Digital
* Good customer facing skills
* Degree or equivalent in software engineering or a relevant discipline
Desirable Skills:
* VHDL FPGA Design
* Real Time Systems
