Service Delivery: Manager, Administration, ITIL, Oracle, SQL

Team management experience in:
* Managing 30+ team size in 24x7 environment
* Improving service quality
* Governance, Compliance, data privacy & data security
* KPI & metrics reporting
* ITIL processes
* Meeting SLAs

Technical experience in database administration:
* Oracle 11g/1ec database administration
* SQL Server database administration
* Monitoring, performance analysis and fine tuning
* Backup and restore of databases and Middleware applications stack
* Organise/perform support and troubleshooting for database products
* Basic working knowledge of Linux, Sun Solaris, AIX & Windows Operating Systems
* Working collaboratively in a team environment
* Working in cross-functional project teams
* IT project management

Minimum education/experience:
* Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, computer science, engineering or mathematics
* At least 5 years experience in managing teams preferably offshore support teams
* Around 10 years experience in database administration
* Experience in managing global teams
