- eSQL Development
- WebSphere Application Server Development - Version 7 or later
- Java/J2EE Development - Version 6 or Better
- Spring Framework
- Struts Framework
- WebSphere MQ Development - Version 7 or later
- Proficient in SOA architecture and standards
- Knowledge of Oracle databases
- Knowledge of SQL Server databases
- SQL - Querying Capabilities
- Use of Subversion for Source Code Control
- Good Unix and Windows skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work with individuals from a variety of vendors
- Willing to document/maintain requirements as needed to support project teams
- Engage in testing activities/testing execution as necessary
- MQFTE Administration, Design and Configuration
- WebSphere Process Server Coding, Design, Administration and Configuration - Version 7 or Better
- WebSphere Business Integration technologies- WESB (WPS and Broker), WAS and WID 7.0 & 7.5 (implementing SCA modules, MQ export etc.).
- XSLT, XML, WSDL, as well as WESB, WID
- WebSphere BPM 8.5 Development
- BPM - BPD, Coaches, Dashboards (customization)
- SQL Server SSIS
- SQL Server Analytics Services
- SQL Server SSRS
- Data Modeling
- Knowledge of DB2 databases
