Description
A leading Investment Manager based in the Netherlands is looking for a Markit EDM developer to join them on a long term contract basis.
Candidates will need in depth Markit EDM/Cadis experience from a technical perspective, this will mostly include development and some design work.
Ideally you will be qualified and certified Markit EDM practitioner
Practical working knowledge of working with external data providers like Bloomberg, Rimes and developing Markit EDM interfaces like security, portfolio, benchmarks and transactions
Ability to design and develop UI workflows based on existing standards and guidelines
Practical working knowledge of XML, WSDL/Web services, flat file formats and messaging
In depth knowledge of database technologies and architecture. Hands on with SQL and Data
Propose Markit EDM solution design and develop following Markit EDM best practices to ensure a consistent construction of the application.
