Job Description:
Advocate, design and implement processes and technology to enable Single Sign On and RBAC (Role Based
Access Controls) strategies.
Enable new projects for enhanced identity management and protection
systems and applications.
Develop and administer automated user access provisioning and termination.
On-board applications and systems that describe an Identity Story for each employee.
Integrate with multiple external vendor systems for identity authentication and access management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Implements, manages and maintains Access and Identity Management enterprise infrastructure supporting critical
business systems.
Develops Identity and Access Management strategies, architectures and implementations plans.
Design, Develop, and Code Access Governance automated provisioning and de-provisioning of resources and roles
based access control (RBAC) strategies.
Contribute to streamlining user provisioning, authentication, and access governance with custom code (often in
JAVA).
Implements custom code: Business Workflows and Approvals using integrated system technologies working with Enterprise Infrastructure teams.
Additional Job Duties/Skills:
Code and maintain multiple LDAP integration environments for directory management of Identities.
Identifies and investigates complex system malfunctions: correlate various logs files, events, etc. to determine root
cause of issues quickly and accurately. Also, works with administrators from other groups, customers, third-party vendors
and the Helpdesk during problem resolution.
Develops and maintains operational documentation of complex workflows with step-by-step policies to ensure tasks
are repeatable and accurate
Provides technical guidance and direction to less experienced staff; must act as a liaison between Enterprise
Infrastructure and various other groups including the Helpdesk.
Exercise effective leadership and professionalism at all times.
Perform other/additional duties and projects as assigned; must be able to learn and to apply new technologies
quickly. Often requires learning new skills in unfamiliar technologies. SKILLS:

Bachelor degree - IT related (more interested in experience)
5+ Years of NETIQ Access Management 3/4 and NETIQ Identity Management 3/4.x
NEITQ Access Governance 5.x/6.x is a plus.
5+ Years of Java development in an enterprise environment
Linux (UNIX) Administration; Windows Server Administration; Bash/ksh/Perl Scripting; LDAP
Administration (AD, Edirectory, or OpenLDAP); Networking (DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP); Backup and Recovery methods
Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of related experience.
10+ years administering HPUX/Solaris/AIX/Linux systems and/or Windows Server 20XX, LDAP Directory
Administration, Bash/ksh/Perl Scripting
5+ Years of Java development in an enterprise environment.
10+ Years of Red Hat Linux 4/5/6 in a mission-critical environment.
10+ Years of Windows Server 20XX in a mission-critical environment.
10+ Years of Microsoft Active Directory and/or NETIQ E-Directory.
NEITQ Access Governance 5.x/6.x is a plus.
