Description
Job Summary:
The candidate is mainly responsible for supporting MS Solution development and sales support for global key MS projects, and training selected sales staff in both HQ and Regions.
- Business development: being actively involved in C-level customer communications (eg customer visit, workshop, industry conference, etc) to generate MS leads and convert those leads to realistic opportunities by consultative selling, specially for Plan & Engineering (Understand network planning design architecture and tasks related with other departments; Collect and analyze planning & engineering requirements; Prepare generic and customized solutions to solve network planning and engineering issues etc.)
- Sales Solution: supporting sales engagements for global key MS projects (mainly for E2E outsourcing or Plan & Engineering outsourcing) in terms of deal shaping, solution architecture (including both technical and commercial solutions), proposal development, bidding clarification, business case, and contract negotiation, etc.
- Training: acting as mentor and coach to selected MS sales staff in both HQ and Regions to develop and improve their competencies in handling MS sales engagements.
