We need someone who is a team player, with the ability to learn fast and collaborate effectively, to join our developer team.

Artificial Labs HQ is on Cornhill, near Bank station, but we welcome remote work. Parts of our team work from anywhere in time and space. We believe in executing well, delivering on time, keeping your word and not minding the rest.

This is represented in everything we do, from shipping a social network to creating a cool product for another startup or contributing to an open source project we feel strongly about.

We work with a wide-range of clients from small startups to global household names. We’ve built platforms for a leading global car manufacturer, worked alongside a national betting website and worked with an international sportswear retailer, to (not) name a few!

If you join us, here’s what you’ll do:

Push boundaries with custom WordPress builds

Integrate and build bespoke plugins to meet functionality requirements work with the wider PHP team on various projects

The projects:
The boundary-pushing WordPress builds we’re talking about are large, multilingual sites with React components to meet specific industrial specifications.

Now in the real world you will also:

Attend company socials (optional)

Assimilate with the team (not to worry, this is a work in progress for most of us)

Work from the office or be reachable on Slack

When talking about websites, our priority is to execute simply and effectively. We could call ourselves a PHP house, or a JavaScript house but that would not encompass what we’re about.
