Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced Cornerstone LMS functional specialist for a new project in Copenhagen.
Key Responsibilities
Our clients are looking for someone who can help with optimal configuration of the solution with the following key responsibilities:
Work as an integral part of the project team supporting the roll out of the Cornerstone LMS and Connect modules to the entire organisation spanning more than 60,000 users, 8 business units and around 130 countries.
Perform system administration and configuration for Cornerstone LMS & Connect modules including, but not limited to, system configuration to Super Administrator level, data and content loads, learning object and catalogue creation, course publishing, report design, and eLearning library management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the testing of new eLearning content, including quality assurance of E-learning content and course configuration.
We are looking for a candidate with:
At least 2-3 years of experience on Cornerstone LMS or similar Cloud based LMS platform as a configuration expert;
Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science or similar background/experience.
Skills and experience required:
Proven experience of configuring a Learning Management System; specifically experience with the LMS module of Cornerstone is an advantage.
Strong IT skills and willingness to continue developing these.
Experience in both implementation and maintenance projects.
Demonstrate initiative by proposing solutions to ensure compliance and use of best practice.
Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.
Effectively co-ordinate across our large organisation, keeping in mind the value added to the whole Group.
Proficiency in English (oral and written) is a must. You should be able to provide relevant, timely communication to your stakeholders, as well as strike a balance between solution and service oriented.
Knowledge on Cornerstone LMS and integration to SAP HCM will be an added advantage.
