IT Desktop Support/IT Support Analyst x 6: Copenhagen: 6 months GBP good

IT Desktop Support/IT Support Analyst x 6 required by the world's fastest growing organization. This fabulous technology driven business is looking for 6 contract engineers to jump on board in what is a very busy period of growth.

(Windows 2012, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Offciesuite, MS Outlook, SQL)

We are looking for engineers to deliver excellent technical service and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

. Provide IT Desktop support
. Will be required to lead problem resolution activities in order to get technology incidents and problems resolved.
. Will be expected to take ownership for assigned incidents and problems, and contact required resources both inside and outside the company necessary to resolve the problem.
. Develops/maintains support document for use by all levels of support personnel as well as end-user documentation.
. Identifies and solves any problems that affect desktop computer operating systems and troubleshoots routine problems and maintenance of systems.
. Supports drive imaging for desktop/laptop systems.
. Incumbent is required to travel to satellite locations as needed

. Some shift work may be required and weekend work might be needed for projects
Your Profile
. Minimum 3 years of experience in 1st/2nd/3rd level Corporate IT support, gained in a multi-site IT operations environment
. Excellent problem solving skills, ability to take ownership of the work assigned, and deliver results timely, reliably and correctly
. Excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills with a strong customer service orientation.
. Must have working knowledge across all the IT disciplines including hardware, software, telephony, video teleconferencing, and connectivity.
. Excellent communication skills in English and one of the Nordic languages and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
. Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams in a fast paced environment
. Proven experience of configuring and administrating Servers, workstations/laptops and associated software
. Able to perform root cause analysis. Capable of proactively recommending effective courses of action, communicate resolution, policy and procedures to the various IT stakeholders, management, and end user population.
. Must be self-managed and a self-starter with a positive attitude.

Identificerer og løser eventuelle problemer, der påvirker desktop computer operativsystemer og fejlfinder rutinemæssige problemer og vedligeholdelse af systemer.
Understøtter drive billeddannelse til desktop / laptop-systemer.
Etablerede er forpligtet til at rejse til satellitpositioner efter behov
Nogle holddriftsarbejde kan være nødvendig og weekendarbejde kan være nødvendig til projekter

Din profil
Minimum 3 års erfaring i 1. / 2. / 3. niveau Corporate IT-support, tjente i en multi-site it-operationer miljø
Fremragende problemløsning færdigheder, evne til at overtage ejerskabet af det tildelte arbejde, og levere resultater hurtigt, troværdigt og korrekt
Fremragende organisatoriske, kommunikation og tekniske færdigheder med en stærk kundeservice orientering.
Skal have praktisk kendskab på tværs af alle it-discipliner, herunder hardware, software, telefoni, video telekonference, og tilslutningsmuligheder.
Gode ??kommunikationsevner på engelsk og et af de nordiske sprog og evne til at kommunikere effektivt med både tekniske og ikke-tekniske team
Evne til at arbejde selvstændigt, mens samarbejde med eksterne teams i et tempofyldt miljø
Dokumenteret erfaring med konfiguration og administrere servere, arbejdsstationer / bærbare computere og tilhørende software
Stand til at udføre kerneårsagsanalyse. I stand til proaktivt at anbefale effektive handlemuligheder, kommunikerer opløsning, politik og procedurer til de forskellige it-interessenter, ledelse, og slutbruger befolkning.
Skal være selvforvaltende og en selvstændig forret med en positiv holdning.
