Marlin Green is urgently looking for an SAP BW Consultant for one of our international clients in Poland.
We are urgently looking for an SAP BW Consultant with the following skills:

Start: November
Duration: 6 + months
Language: English
Design Studio, BW, Integrated planning, BPC
The purpose of this project is to deliver to Corporate HR the workforce planning solution
The expected deliverables from the lead developer for late 2015 are the following:
- Help the Business Analyst to design the functional requirements based on the capabilities of technical solution
- Technical detailed study based on the detailed functional specifications
- Develop a prototype as a basis to the developments
- define development approach/method (what can be develop in//, how to organise development with several developers if needed...)
- Do the final estimate for workload and time plan for the developments based on the detailed study.
- Work with the project manager to determine the required staffing to launch the developments
- in 2016:
- the lead developer will lead the developments if several developers are involved and will secure the technical deliverables, define and control release plan.
- the lead developer will help Project manager to secure handover to maintenance (train people, write technical documentation...)
