Description

An international market leading client of Computer Futures are in search of x2 Senior Java Software Engineers to join a dynamic and fast paced development team in the Wiltshire Area.

The project is expected to be long term and therefore requiring a 6 Month contract for each engineer.

Daily rate will be paying between £320 to £400 dependant on experience.

This opportunity will require the engineers to contribute on the on-going development and maintenance of the management platform. It will be required to have continuous availability of platform processes and also, deliver services to major international clients and consumers across a wide range of industries, including retail, finance, travel and telecommunications.

The Senior Java Software Engineers are responsible to actively contribute to the complete software development lifecycle (design, implementation and unit testing of the platform).

The successful applicants will have the following experiences and skills:

- Minimum of 5 years commercial development experience

- Minimum of 5 years technical experience in Java

- OOA and OOAD experience

- SQL (Oracle PL/SQL)

- Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate

- Junit, Cucumber

- XML

- Agile Methodologies (Scrum)

- Unix and Shell Scripting

- HTML, CSS and JavaScript

- SVN, Ant, Tomcat, Apache, Jenkins
