Scrum Master-Stoke- Upto £50,000!An interesting role has been created for an Agile Scrum Master to join an impressive company in the Staffordshire area.
You will be fully committed to the continuous improvement of software development processes, particularly within an Agile environment.
This will however be a hybrid role and the ideal candidate will be someone who can mix facilitating and running daily standup sessions with hands-on development of web applications.
The role will require excellent organisation skills and the ability to be self-motivated and also be able to inspire others to do the best they can. The whole team is working towards a common goal, and you should be the person to help them achieve that!
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
-Responsible for the delivery of sprint releases.
-Liaise with a number of senior members of the development function in order to complete current sprints in a timely manner.
-Ensure all statistics and notes are kept up to date.
-50% hands-on development using Object-Oriented Design Principles using C#, ASP.Net MVC/Web Forms
-Perform analysis, design and coding of a number of different applications.
-Increasing automated test coverage of the application suite.
