Description

We urgently require an English-speaking Senior Business Analyst with experience of working on large-scale IT transformation projects (ideally in the pharmaceutical sector) for a large multi-national business with operations in Barcelona.

This is a long-term contract ( months) scheduled to start in early December.

Job Purpose & Key Performance Indicators

  • Work with IT Transition Delivery leads to support service transition activities
  • Work with the Application Transition Project Manager to support the activities within Application
  • Transition, Transitional Service Agreements issuance and Program Release schedule.
  • Work with the Application Transition PM on the management of their application list and required actions.
  • Support the delivery of approved outcomes of local applications in conjunction with client
  • Release management and country management.
  • Support the Delivery Leads in the management of outsourced provision of services in the fulfillment of the transition plans.
  • Maintain the documentation in Sharepoint and DocIT for TSA 2016 process
  • Maintain documentation for Application Maintenance Data Base. Ensure records are updated in timely manner.
  • Financial modelling
  • Business Case creation
  • Dashboard creation & maintenance

Key Skills/Experience

  • At least 5 years' experience in an ITIL environment.
  • Experience in supporting IT service transition & transformation
  • Ability to provide timely and accurate responses to information and data requests.
  • Ability to work in a team across multiple sites
  • Organized, self-motivated analyst with a good eye for detail
  • Solid financial background
  • At least 5-8 years proven experience in a similar role and a good methodology to apply in major transition phases.
  • Excellent communication and a good ability to present and convince (including stakeholder management).
  • Excellent in reporting, designing dashboards, business cases and bringing financial inputs.
  • Multinational background required & large global project experience
  • Proven experience in roles requiring a broader approach - understanding the big picture and analysing and understanding all the transition requirements (not only from an application perspective but also from an infrastructure, security,)
  • Some travel might be required to other sites worldwide
