Description

Do you have experience in Customer Service and order management and do you want to be part of a large international company? This could be the job you are looking for! In this role you will have the opportunity to work for an international company with offices in the Arnhem region. You will be partly responsible as a contact person for the French speaking clients of this organisation, in a support role.

About the company

The company is an after sales service provider. It is an internationally operating organisation. You will mostly be in contact with the French speaking clients of the organisation. You optimize the order process by solving issues and handling complaints from their clients.

You are

A service oriented person that is proactive as well. You are eager to learn and you have high problem-solving skills. Punctual is your middle name.

Your profile

You speak fluent French, English and Dutch (must)
Spanish language skills are a pre
Experience in Customer service /support
You have experience in working with SAP
Experience with order management
Full-time available (40 hours per week)
