Description

Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant/Team Lead (R12, eBusiness, OTL, CEMLIS, AIM, OUM, R12, Payroll legislation) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for a 6 month rolling contract with work anticipated until December 2017, to be based in London, UK.

The successful applicant will be required to lead the R12 Oracle Payroll, end to end implementation and solution delivery as well as manage a number of Payroll Consultants. The successful applicant will report directly to the Programme Director.

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Has been responsible for leading a minimum of two large scale end to end Oracle eBusiness Suite Payroll R12 solution deliveries/implementations within a Functional and Team Lead capacity, ideally within the public sector;
  • Must have recent and in-depth knowledge of Payroll legislation;
  • Excellent client facing experience;
  • Experience in designing, building and testing Oracle E-business Suite R12 Payroll in the Public Sector;
  • Experience in designing, building and testing Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and specifically integration with absence management;
  • CEMLIS;
  • Previous experience of working in the public sector within Oracle payroll systems;
  • The ability to articulate business and technical issues related to the design and implementation of an Oracle Payroll system;
  • Stakeholder manager;
  • Demonstrable ability to produce clear documentation, designs and specifications -AIM/OUM;
  • Team management experience;
  • Detailed knowledge, understanding and experience of Oracle eBusiness R12 including:
    • Payroll;
    • Compensation & Benefits;
    • Oracle Time & Labour and specifically integration with absence management;
    • Absence Schemes and PTO accruals;
    • Pension Schemes;
    • Fast Formula;
    • Previous experience with the data migration of payrolls;
