Description
My client needs an experienced Software Engineer for a 6 to 12 month contract.
They work in the aviation and aerospace industries and have an interesting project that is starting January 2016. The interviews for this rôle will be in the first week of December.
You will be developing software for an On-Board unit.
You will need good experience and a deep understanding of software and software engineering.
C programming skills are required as is experience using Embedded software. Knowledge of safety critical systems and Ada would be useful as is knowledge in the satellite/space or avionics industry.
All work will be done on-site in Finland, because of this, the legal right to work in the European Union is essential.
