OSS ARCHITECT/BUSINESS ANALYST
The Company
Our client is the main broadband and television provider in Belgium, also offering GSM voice and data subscriptions
The Role
The company is looking for a Senior OSS Business Analyst/Architect to be in charge of reviewing the end to end architecture, focusing on the OSS domain. The main processes are Logistics Management, Fixed/Mobile Service Provisioning and Activation, End to End ticketing and Service Assurance
The individual
- 10 years experience in the Telecoms Industry and 5 years in the fixed domain
- Experience working for a Service Provider/Operator
- Designed at least one application integration between OSS and BSS, involving a Middleware
- Good experience with eTOM/SID/TAM
- Experience witth CFS/RFS concepts
- Experience with SOAP or REST
- Knowledge of French would be an asset
