Description
Our client, a Fortune 500 company, is in need of 4 Sr. IT Business Systems Analysts for a 12 month contract or contract to hire position on their Infrastructure Resource Services Team at their location in Colorado Springs. Multiple projects are planned and all projects will be focused on implementation of packaged systems or new infrastructure with Network, Storage or Telecom components. Experience with the implementation of vendor solutions/systems, rather than internal application development projects, will be important in this role.Required:
5+ years of experience as a BSA
Experiences at Requirements Elicitation, Requirement Management, and Use Case Modeling.
Experience with project stakeholder management and within general project management.
Experience with implementation of vendor solutions/systems rather than internal-application development projects.
Familiarity with infrastructure technologies is ideal (Network, Telecom, Storage Systems, Mainframe, Operational Reporting, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with peers, business partners, customers, project managers, testing team, and management.
Strong organization skills with the ability to work on and lead multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneously.
Plusses:
Knowledgeable/experienced in Quality Center, ALM, or other requirements management tools is preferred.
Experience with the Waterfall System Development Methodology is preferable, but experience with iterative-methodologies is acceptable.
Familiarity with IIBA/BABOK is preferred.
