Description
Mechanical Engineer (Electro Mechanical Systems) with 5+ years experience in an aerospace environment within systems & new product development in an avionics role.
Must be eligible to obtain SC Level.
Have previous experience leading an Engineering Project. Extensive knowledge of Electro/Mechanical System Components. Database specifications (MIL-STD-1553, ARINC429, CAN). Development of electronic hardware (DO-254). Safety and certification of airborne software (DO-178).
Experience of requirements management using tools such as DOORS or Cradle.
Working for an organisation who develop Air-to-Air refuelling (AAR) equipment (wing/centreline externally mounted refulling pods and internal fuselage mounted refuelling units) and Auxiliary Mission Equipment (AME)
