Candidates should have a Background in Digital TV and IPTV.
Operating System Architecture Expert à Engineering of STB S/W architecture, design of core components, DBL, Linux Kernel, drivers
10 years of experience In Linux OS/Kernel, drivers
10 years of experience in networking system aspects
protocols and stacks: (L2-L6, TCP, UDP, SNMP, TR69/181, VLAN, IGMP, QoS)
Experience with IP network protocols and stacks (TCP, UDP, SNMP, IPv6, IGMP, VLAN), VoIP protocols
Linux Kernel networking and open source 5 years of experience in system architecture/engineering role covering the following:
o Designing and leading implementation of complex software and/or system architectures
o Software engineering including requirements management, architecture definition. Demonstrated experience making effective architectural trade-offs between competing objectives (eg power versus performance, flexibility versus complexity, etc.).
Strong communication and influencing skills
Experience with Linux based STB, designing systems or software based on Broadcom or ST Architecture. Experience developing system software including: boot loaders, Implementing networking and communications systems
