Position:Senior Digital Project Manager

Summary

A senior role within the business, Senior Digital Project Manager is responsible for the smooth and profitable delivery of all digital projects under their remit.They will participate, at a senior level, in the development of my clients digital offering by setting up, co-ordinating and implementing all digital projects.The Senior Digital Project Manager will be expected to co-ordinate the whole digital team with the Head of Digital and Content Strategy and other senior Execs as well as managing a small team.They will work with developers, producers and designers as well as the account management and editorial teams and need to be able to translate complex technical requirements for less technically experienced colleagues.The Senior Digital Project Manager is responsible for developing and implementing both regular projects and one off projects that are very complex in nature as well as managing budgets, resources and allocations for projects.This role requires someone hands-on with a proven track record of effectively delivering market leading digital projects within an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manages digital delivery for multiple clients on a day to day basis as well as managing launch projects from start to finish

Designs and implements efficient production processes

Provides developmental support to other members of the team and manages resource requirements of the team from scheduling to recruiting

Sets and runs regular activity status meetings

Liaises with senior execs to maximise client growth

Key operational liaison between account teams and the digital team

Reviews client briefs and acts as a point of expertise for clients and internal stakeholders

Manages outsourcing or projects where relevant from identifying potential agencies, scoping, costing and delivery of work

Prepares and implements all project related documentation including scoping, planning and budgets

Costs and drafts proposals in collaboration with other stakeholders

Creates and functional specs, SoWs and all supporting project documentation

Works with relevant stakeholders to set and agree costs of project delivery and manage ongoing costs for digital delivery

Builds relationships with clients

Runs reviews post project delivery to finesse best practice and hone processes

Shares best practice across the agency
