Client requires a Oracle Fusion CRM - Sale Cloud/Eloqua/CPQ
Requires a proactive, highly effective individual who can engage the business and build successful relationships that allows for fast requirements gathering and validation of the CRM solution. Strong technical, communication and listening skills and able to translate requirements into actions and align with the oracle solution. Strong level of knowledge in Oracle CRM (Eloqua and CPQ would be ideal in addition)
Assist with the CRM Oracle fusion project delivery. Immediate tasks will be to assist with:
oData Migrations - understanding and validating the data required for the new CRM systems
oReporting - gathering requirements from the business to understand the reporting needs and delivering this to the BI lead
oTesting - writing UAT scripts and executing on SIT and UAT, raising defects and understanding/supporting the best representation from the business for UAT
oProcess development and validation - engaging the business so that analysts can validate all CRM processes when required
oTraining - supporting training developers with the writing of materials and gathering relevant information
.CRM Fusion admin tasks and ongoing project support for longer term - Potentially a BAU role but may require contract support initially
oMaintain application data quality
oCollect business CR's and requirements and coordinate with tech/project team for delivery
oBusiness support
oEnsuring standardization of business processes
oCRM admin tasks (New user/maintain territory etc)
