- Programming languages (Java, C++, .Net)
- Crystal Reports
- CUIC Reporting software
- SQL/Informix Database
- CVP Studio usage and VXML Programming
- CTI Programming and Cisco Finesse
The job involves working with a VXML Application for developing customised integrations with the Back End systems. Also, developing and modifying customised desktop interface. Creating adhoc and customised reporting as per the customer requirement.
