Description
Role/Responsibilities:- The ideal candidate for the Business Technical Analyst role will work with key customers to identify business needs and provide hands-on content management for business clients on the Communications & Collaboration platform.
- The candidate would assist the content management team with the end-to-end delivery of the content management workload, integrating company standards, external best practices, and consideration for the company culture with proven experience with clients.
- The ideal candidate will push to improve the effectiveness of the business client's web presence on the Communications & Collaboration platform, working within the standards and policies of the global implementation.
- Establishes and builds relationships with key individuals around the company and in all areas of the world; seeks to build trust through a professional attitude, confidence, and a strong work ethic.
- Effectively communicates with all levels of staff, including teammates, leadership, customers, and vendors/partners.
- Understands the importance of change management, and works to ensure customer understanding and ownership over solutions.
- Responds to requests for assistance from users; completes user requests in a timely manner.

- This resource must be skilled with gathering and managing business content update and creation requests, and building strong relationships with customers.
- This candidate must be versatile, providing value within a wide variety of responsibilities, and comfortable with rapidly changing priorities.
- This resource must have strong attention to detail and must demonstrate the ability to layout and manage web content.
Must be self-starter. Takes initiative to implement continuous process improvements. Comfortably operates with minimal direction. - Demonstrates skills in the area of customer relationship management
- Must have strong written communication skills.
- Demonstrates technology aptitude. Must be comfortable using technology platforms and applies that knowledge to help others meet business needs.
Additional Skills:
- Writing for the web
- Information architecture
- Prior experience within the authoring environment of a content manager platform
- Expertise in Content Management using layout templates and publishing features of SharePoint and Adobe CQ preferred
- Hands-on experience with the addition and replacement of documents and images, as well as updates to content on a Communications and Collaborations platform
