Sr. Agile Business Analyst
Skills: Agile, Business Analysis (user stories), Software Engineering, Dev Ops (big plus!)
Summary:
Our client is a global leader focused on the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural machinery, and supports more productive farming through a full line of tractors, combines, hay tools, sprayers, forage equipment, tillage, implements, grain storage and protein production systems, as well as related replacement parts. Our client's products are distributed globally through 3,500 independent dealers and distributors in more than 140 countries worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Help develop the user stories, testing plans to implement software build on a modern technology stack (Node.js, Mongo DB, Elasticsearch)
- Work with Solution Architects as your end users as well as collaborate with the development team to develop business requirements and use case stories for each sprint
- Assist in the clearing of all backlogged projects by sprint planning with Solution Architects and Developers
- Assist in maturing the Agile processes to make software development more efficient
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis or Software Engineering experience
- 3+ years of Agile Methodology experience
- Strong Dev Ops background is a plus!
