Web CMS Drupal Technology Lead - Drupal, HTML, CSS, LAMP
The Web CMS Drupal Technology Lead is playing a key role in the assessment, design and implementation of the Web CMS within the Digital Factory. The Digital Factory is my clients internal agency delivering digital assets and solutions (E-details, Websites, Web Applications, ) across multiple geographies.
Key Accountabilities
*He/She will play a key role in the design and implementation of the Web CMS platform (Drupal)
*He/She will act as a key technical consultant and lead for the Web CMS (Drupal) services within the Digital Factory
Technical Lead
*He/she will drive the assessment and design/document the web technology architecture and (datacentre/cloud) infra design activities
*He/She will define development best practices for the offshore team
*He/She will advise/document the Governance activities
*He/She will define/supervise web technology build, test, and deployment activities
*He/she will monitor technical excellence and quality
*He/She will be the thought leader on Web CMS and consult on the different activities
*He/She will ensure to have transferred/documented all required knowledge to the internal team throughout the project.
*He/she ensures that all components of the Web CMS solution integrate effectively and meet all regulatory and compliance guidelines
*He/she will be able to guide external resources and evaluate proposed technical solutions
Expertise
*Educated to a Master level in an IT or other, business-relevant discipline
*Minimum of 5 years of technical lead/solution architect/technical leadership experience with successful delivery of large Drupal Web sites and implementation programmes
*Subject Matter Expert (SME) level or system architect level expertise in Drupal
*At least 7+ years of Web development experience
*7+ years industry experience working with Interactive web page development technologies HTML, DTHML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, JSON and PHP
*Strong understanding of Drupal design patterns and concepts
*3+ years of Drupal experience (mandatory)
*Strong understanding of content management and mobile websites.
*Minimum of 4 years of experience working on LAMP stack delivery projects
*Minimum of 4 years of experience working on systems integration technology projects
*Minimum of 4 years of full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies allowing you to manage a project from a governance perspective
*Preferably an initial experience with pharmaceutical industry
*Strong leadership skills, including the ability to deliver constructive feedback and the ability to lead by example
