Leeds - Lead Software Tester Automation (HP Quality, Selenium, Jenkins, JIRA) - £275pdA position has become available on behalf of one of the leading JAVA software house in the Yorkshire market
It is an exciting opportunity for a software tester to perform evaluation of various software within the business. This role will involve you working closely with both the business Marketing and R&D sections and would be ideal for an experienced Automation Test Engineer.
Responsibilities
Define and lead the implementation and championing of all testing processes and tools within the business, including automated and manual functional testing, performance testing, security testing, cross-platform testing, and user testing.
Create test plans that directly expand the specifications of a BDD feature, ensuring testing and requirements remain cohesive and complete, yet test plans drive out all possible bugs.
Using automated and manual tools and processes that you define, fully test features and platforms
Define and implement how testing works within the scrum process.
Qualifications and experience
3 or more years' experience in testing software systems, using manual, automated and explorative testing.
JIRA
Selenium
Bugzilla
HP Quality Centre
ISTQB/ ISEB
JAVA testing
3 or more years' experience working within an agile team.
