Duties and responsibilities

Under the supervision of the ICT Solutions Coordinator, ICT, and the project manager, the incumbent will deliver an assessment on the SharePoint 2013 Records Management solution fit- gap assessment that has been developed and is based on the requirements of both the operations (project management) and communications business units and the records and archive management business unit. Additionally, the consultant should perform similar fit gap analysis with other vendor offerings for records management if those solutions easily integrate with the existing infrastructure and planned project deliveries.

The incumbent will:

  • Assess and analyze records management requirements and ensure they also are aligned with how the operational business units produce and manage documents.
  • Assess and analyze the records management requirements and fit with SharePoint 2013 Records Management functionality.
  • Assess and analyze the records management requirements and fit with other records management solutions that integrate with the existing infrastructure (xDesk, eDoc, Outlook email, Active Directory, PeopleSoft, OBIEE, FLEXCUBE, and Borrower's Portal, network scanners, etc.).
  • Develop a strategic plan for adopting/adapting to new records management solution.

Qualification and experience

  • Background in Records Management implementation with professional work experience.
  • IT/Business Analysis/Change Management/Strategic Transformation work experience
  • Proven experience of conducting reviews of records management business processes
  • Proven experience implementing various records management solutions (especially SharePoint), but desired candidate should also have experience with multiple vendor solutions.
  • Participatory approaches in conducting assessments and facilitating strategic planning processes
  • Ability to write clearly and present and defend your ideas with confidence

Languages

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English essential.
