Roc Search is currently recruiting for a Excel VBA Developer for a contract opportunity based in Dublin.
Primary responsibilities of managing developing and executing Automation scripts using VBA for MIS and Test automation. Should have good proficiency on VBA, xls and SQL using MS Access and SQL server. Main role will be to create the MIS using xls and managing the Test automation using SQL database.
Job Role and Responsibilities
*Write clear and detailed scripts that will allow a first time user to successfully run this particular script and achieve the expected result
*Develop and maintain automation scripts using VBA, xls, MS Access and SQL
*Develop MIS for the Model Office testing.
*Working on various technologies like VBA in MS Excel, MS Access, MS SharePoint, .NET and SQL and develops applications, databases and EUCs.
Skill Set
*Microsoft Excel - ability to write complex macros
*Proven ability to learn and obtain complex concepts
*Experience and/or knowledge of Quality Center Tools
*Proficient in MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
*Ability to interact with varying levels within the business/product, operations and technology teams
*Ability to develop and document new procedures and review/approve product/ops documentation
*Understanding of Security and Fund Services Product Offerings
*Background and understanding of the System Development Lifecycle, with focus on Testing Methodology
*Graduate/BTech/MCA/MBA
*Industry experience in operations and UAT testing
