Our client located in Belgium is looking for a tri-lingual (ENG/FR/NL) Global Exploitation Manager to join them in Brussels on a seven (7) Months + contract (with possible extension). The client is in the energy sector.

Role summary:

  • to act as the privileged interlocutor of the Contracting Authority for the operational management of the operation and also responsible for the execution of the production plan
  • to manage the operating schedule of this production plan, according to the Contracting Authority's expectations, while respecting the agreed budgets
  • to document the evolution of exploitation activities and you will proactively provide all the information available on the operating environment (in general) and constraints (in particular), whether they are technical or organizational
  • to coordinate the exploitation and the operation of the interfaces between applications of the present market and applications managed by other providers of the Contracting Authority including, among others, the Clearing House and SAP-HR application
  • to represent the Successful Bidder operators and other providers of applications Contracting Authority

Required skills:

  • IT technical background (by study or experience).
  • Knowledge of SAP (level "For Managers") and/or experience with exploitation of ERP systems.
  • Management Skills (experience needed as team lead).
  • Organized, team leadership.
  • Flexible: presence on site for "go to production" coordination out of BH (major changes (1x/month as an average).
  • Knowledge of the Energy/Utilities sector is an asset
  • Experience (min. 3 years) as Team Leader of an Exploitation Team in an IT Department.
  • Trilingual English/French/Dutch is an asset. Very strong communication skills; bi-language French and Dutch; very important regarding the contact with the end customer.
