Description

Summary
Individual will provide support essential to the Business Planning Group (BPG) deliverables with responsibilities and activities associated to the areas of EHS & GO training programs, BPG operational programs, and support activities related to compliance.
EHS and GO Training Program
  • Responsible for courseware development and publishing into stage and production environment.
  • Responsible for the creation, update and retirement of all EHS courses and job roles.
  • Works closely with EHS Management Systems & Training Manager to conduct annual EHS training course review. Activities include working with program subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy; incorporating program updates into training and releasing into production environment.
  • Responsible for monitoring and responding to inquires received in the EHS training mailbox.
  • Serves as a central point of contact for questions related to EHS and GO training programs.
  • Manages the Dangerous Goods Training Program
  • Accountable for processing manual course completions within learning environment in alignment with training rosters received.
  • Generate Business Object reports as required to support training metrics reporting and compliance validation activities.
  • Prepare EHS Training Metrics monthly for site leadership
  • Accountable for processing training completions recorded in EHS training kiosks.
  • Accountable for processing additions and removals of primary and secondary job codes related to EHS and GO training programs for colleagues and contractors. Including, but not limited to assignments for EHS checklists, TSA, off-site resources
  • Supports EHS training component of New Hire Launch program. Activities include job code assignment and distribution of EHS Welcome Letter'.
  • Provide back-up support for the High Hazard Access Program
  • Provide training support for EAMS, Get Service, and Facilities BIG program and for additional sites as required.
  • Responsible for ensuring all training content up-to-date within SharePoint, share drives and the training kiosks.
BPG Operational Programs
  • Serves as back-up supporting activities associated with the GO BPG onboard program.
  • Provides as-needed' support with regard to activities associated with purchase order administration.
  • Provide expense management support to the BPG group
GO Finance
  • Responsible for financial management of the Leased vehicle (Wheels) program expenses for GO Groton
  • Responsible for review of Global Operation's Depreciation only cost centers for errant charges
Compliance Support
  • Responsible for providing support for administering EHS training approval component of CMVA request process.
  • Work closely with EHS Lead to administer EHS training business line metrics. Activities include extracting of overdue student records from Business Intelligence reports, manual calculation of metrics, and communication to EHS site lead and providing support to resolve discrepancies raised by business or EHS management.
  • Responsible for activities associated with processing Electronic Bio hazardous Agent Registration (EBAR) application requests. Activities include validation and/or assignment of required training, tracking of pending requests and communication with the Principal Investigator/Supervisor of the EBAR project.
  • Responsible for administering compliance notification program. Activities include distribution of notifications to student and manager; tracking within SharePoint; issue resolution and reporting of non-compliant student to leadership.
  • Partners with Business Planning Group (BPG) and EHS to monitor conformity with established training requirements of the Vendor Day Badge program and works with business contact in assigning new vendor to program.
  • Responsible for managing the No Job Code Report to ensure training compliance
    Administrative support
  • Provide broad scope support as needed to assignments associated with BPG objectives.
  • General responsibility in monitoring and reporting of action items related to core responsibilities to closure.
  • Supports BPG management in administering all aspects related to EHS and GO training programs.
EHS Incident Management
  • Responsible for reviewing all medical incidents in Medgate and assigning investigators and issuing investigation notifications.
