eCRM Euro are looking for an Incident Engineer to join our team based in Poland.
Job Description
The position of Incident Engineer will focus on areas of Device Management and Remediation.
The responsibilities will include; Troubleshooting, Diagnostics and problem solving on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience Researching and Creating Change Management Requests.
The ideal candidate must have experience working as a Fault Analyst with previous NOC/SOC experience and have a strong understanding of Cisco IOS Devices.
Configuration and Troubleshooting
Basic Route Switch
Cisco IOS
Troubleshooting and Investigating device and networking issues
Understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite
Analyzing, using and configuring small to medium networks.
Qualifications Desired
BA/BS degree or Equivalent
Certified in CCENT
Certified in CCNA
Experience with Cisco Routers
Experience with Cisco ASA
Experience with Palo Alto Network
