My client, a local authority based in London is looking for an excel spread sheet specialist who is highly experienced dealing with large data-sets and manipulating data through excel.
This is NOT a VBA role but you must be highly adept with Excel and database manipulation.
Your principal accountabilities will be to cleanse and manipulate data within a housing management database - as such experience and exposure within a housing department or using a housing system would be beneficial, though not essential.
This is not an administrative/pure data cleansing role - you will ideally be used to build reports from databases and manipulate what may be large data sets.
Technically, your excel skills will be first class, you will be used to dealing with large amounts of data and be adept at manipulating data. As suggested, any experience/exposure within Housing, or using housing systems would be a distinct advantage, though is not essential.
