Description
Our client is looking for a Fluent French Functional Analyst for a 24 Month contract, beginning in February 2016, based in Luxembourg.
The tasks for this mission will include:
Performing business analysis
- Model and recording business needs as part of a project;
- Organize, structure, validate those needs;
- Communicate the results of interviews and structuring needs;
Performing functional analysis
- Propose practical and structured application solutions that directly address the needs collected while respecting the application context and organization of the global information system;
- Laying out the proposed solutions;
- Develop and document in detail the operation of each application module to prepare the work of design and development;
- Communicate and validate the developed solution to the client before it is developed in him by understanding the future operation;
- Describe the structure of the tests that will be performed to validate the developed solution followed exactly the spirit of the developed and validated with the customer solution;
- Be the referent of all stakeholders of the project concerned by the elaborate solution (business manager, project manager, architects, designers, developers, testers, support persons).
Performing the support level 2
- Master so compète the application areas that will be affected too much on a business level applicative;
- Be sufficiently comfortable with the application to ensure a level 2 support in case of problems in the areas concerned, that is to say filled reproduce the problem and have sufficient knowledge of the application to propose alternatives, workarounds, recommendations on the use or to describe a possible correction.
Become the referent in the trade area that will be assigned.
Besides the analysis (business and functional) and the support, the recruit can also
- Train other employees in the areas that will be assigned to it;
- Propose changes in the features of these areas.
Experience required
You have a minimum of 5 years experience in functional analysis.
You must:
- Master the process modelling with a knowledge of current standards BPMN, UML or other;
- Master the conceptual data modelling, whatever the standard and scoring (Barker, Martin, UML, etc.);
- Master a number of classic interview techniques for carrying out analyzes;
- Master the query in SQL databases is an advantage.

- You must have good interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders while managing to enforce compliance with established rules (methodologies, standards, etc);
- Autonomous, responsible and professional, you must provide a current status of your thoughts and of your work (project manager, business manager, application architect);
- You must be used to conceptualize a need to step back from a problem to propose innovative solutions, structured and respecting the application architecture;
- You must have the ability to present and summarize a problem to stakeholders from different backgrounds and be proactive;
