Senior RF Consultant
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in Indonesia.
Position Title: Senior RF Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: January 2016
Duration: 6 months initial
Location: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Network analysis and insight, master whole network bottleneck which affect end user perception and output solution.
- Customer high level management and internal high level management communication and solution conduction.
- Customer experience management field expert capability building and skill delivery.
- On-site support customer experience promotion project globally.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction in terms of quality of the network, hold routine communication with high level customers, familiar with customer work processes and methods of network optimization services, understand customer demands on network performance and strategic planning.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 12 + years of RF planning and optimization experience.
- Rich project operation management experience.
- Powerful industry relationship and influence/multi-vendor experience.
- Clear comprehensive network planning ideas, that include network strategy, medium-term and long term traffic forecasts, network capacity and coverage solutions, network planning.
- Expert in systemic network analysis and optimization capability.
- Strong capability of developing network optimization strategy, giving the targeted suggestions and feasible solutions.
- Strong capability of customer high level management communication.
- Languages: English.
