For our customer we are looking for a Senior Graphical/Visual Designer.

Job description:
As part of the UX design team, the successful candidate will foster a culture of user experience in the development process and will be integrated in a global UX community driving for consistency across our product suites. You will be involved in graphical & interaction design, information architecture, user research, prototyping, testing and analysing concept to implementation of products and solutions with our local UX teams.

You should have 2-3 years of user interface and visual design experience with Web applications, desktop, and mobile applications, including proven experience with different UX deliverables, and the ability to adapt them to different uses, projects and constraints. You must be self-motivated, willing to be challenged by management, experts, development teams and customers, as well as work thoughtfully in building bridges between our offices globally.

Main Responsibilities:
Create new asset, graphs, icons, layout, animations, transitions etc. (based on projects needs and current design trends)
Take responsibility and drive the product design through the whole life cycle (via prototypes, GUI sketches, mockups, etc.), from early definition and analysis, to test and customer installation
Stay informed of advances in interactive techniques, technologies and methods, and adapt to rapidly evolving industry space
Inspire and motivate creative teams
Mentor less experienced designers to make them independent, including sharing knowledge and skills cross the organization through workshops and tutorials.
Work with business units and in close cooperation with Solution

Required skills:
BA or BS degree in Interaction/Graphic Design, Human Factors, Graphic Design, or related field
5+ years of user interface and visual design experience with Web applications, desktop, and mobile applications and the ability to produce and deliver designs at various levels of fidelity (whiteboard flows, rough prototypes, pixel-perfect layouts, animated transitions).
Solid visual/graphical design skills
Creativity and great attention to details
HTML/CSS knowledge and understanding of web development is a plus
Experience with agile development
Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
Strong skills in learning and understanding complex business technologies
Positive attitude and passionate
Ability to initiate and lead new activities, and to work independently, as well as in a team
Must be able to provide an online portfolio of UX projects (or samples of preview work) - to which you have made a significant contribution that demonstrates ability to turn ideas into a strong and unique creative vision.
