Scrum Master (Agile Delivery Lead) | Telford | £500-£600 p/d | 6 months initialMy client, a leading Agile consultancy, are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to come on board for an initial 6 month contract. Being leaders within the consultancy field I am looking for real Subject Matter Experts within Agile Delivery.
You don't have to necessarily come from a consultancy background however due to the nature of the work you will need to have exceptional client facing skills. In addition, I'm looking for someone who lives / breathes Agile and embraces modern methodologies. Their approach is really adaptive, using the most appropriate methods to ensure the most efficient delivery.
I'm looking for Scrum Masters with:
*Proven experience as a Scrum Master
*Passion for Agile Delivery
*Advocates of TDD / Pair Programming / Continuous Delivery & Integration
*Technical background - experience delivering enterprise applications (ideally Java)
*Excellent leadership skills
*Agile / Scrum Subject Matter Experts
