Contracts Manager - NHS Contract Experience Required
Outsource UK are actively seeking an experienced Contract Manager with NHS Standard Contract and Compiling/issuing/drafting/version control experience. This is a 2 month initial contract (will likely be extended) to be based in either Bristol, Clevedon, Warmley or Bath for a Public Sector Client. Please note candidates will be expected to apply for DS clearance or hold current DS clearance if invited for interview. Maximum day rate to contractor is £435 per day.
Essential Skills
- Must be familiar with the NHS Standard contract and have previous experience of compiling and issuing contracts, including drafting and version control
- Must have previous experience of negotiating contracts with acute providers - including dealing with counting and coding issues, setting CQUIN parameters, service development improvement plans, etc.
- Experience of ensuring that multiple Associate commissioners to the contract are kept informed and involved in contracting discussions and progress
- Excellent communications skills.
- Travel is required however will be local (eg from Bristol/Clevedon/Warmley/Bath to their local Acute Trust)
