C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Senior Developer- Manchester -£40,000~£50,000I am looking for a C# ASP.NET MVC Senior Developer who is looking to join a well funded organisation with a startup culture and positive approach to embracing new technology & ideas. While using TDD / Test Driven Development and/or NUnit / Unit Testing you will also be focused on producing some leading edge customer focused software which will revolutionise the industry.
Based out of Central Manchester offices it is a great opportunity for you as a C# ASP.NET MVC Senior Developer with a creative passion for ideas and opinions to be able to provide good insight in order to produce industry leading software.
Working as a C# ASP.NET MVC Senior Developer you will have a unique opportunity to join a highly skilled development team who are driven and passionate about taking a pragmatic approach to problem solving which may involve the use of some of the following: ASP.NET MVC / Web API, JavaScript, Windows Services, Rabbit MQ, Jasmine, Git / GitHub, SQL Server, RavenDB, NoSQL, Neo4j, NodeJS, Selenium WebDriver, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Chef and/or Puppet.
A sociable and friendly team of Tech Leads and Devs exist which enables you to enjoy your job as well as share ideas with like minded people! My client uses multiple database stacks and different types of data storage which provides a very varied and challenging development environment.
Skills required for the role of C# ASP.NET MVC Senior Developer are:
- Good experience of .NET development using C# and JavaScript
- Working knowledge of TDD / Test Driven Development and/or NUnit / Unit Testing
- Any exposure to any of the following would be of interest but by no means essential as you can learn!: Web API, JavaScript, Windows Services, Rabbit MQ, Jasmine, Git / GitHub, SQL Server, RavenDB, NoSQL, Neo4j, NodeJS, Selenium WebDriver, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Chef, Puppet, Pair programming, Agile, Kanban
- A pragmatic attitude and openness to how to solve different problems using different solutions
