ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is searching for (2) Senior Data Integration Specialists for Contract opportunities in Irving, TX. Our client recently moved into brand new office space and is looking to expand their team by adding support positions to further integrate and optimize key enterprise level applications. The Senior Data Integration Specialists must be EXPERTs with SQL. The Senior Data Integration Specialists will leverage SQL to create complex queries, macros, and scripts to support the data integration of large datasets in multiple data sources (SQL Server).
The Senior Data Integration Specialists will analyze, identify and resolve data issues, as well as create details data mapping plans to implement inbound and outbound file feeds. To be successful in this role, the Senior Data Integration Specialist must be able to create SQL queries independently for data integration and optimization. The Senior Data Integration Specialist should have multiple data transfer protocols, and be an expert using Excel macros and pivot tables.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
3-5+ years of experience in the following skill sets
- SQL Server 2008 R2 or 2012 - Advanced, High-Level Development/Contribute to Design Elements
- Able to Create Complex T-SQL Queries/Stored Procedures/Triggers/Functions, etc.
- Index Tuning/Existing Query Optimization
- Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- Stored Procedures Optimization
- Data Mappings
- Knowledge of Various Data Transfer Protocols
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Macros/Pivot Tables
- Excellent English - Written/Verbal
PREFERRED
- Oracle Database Experience/PL/SQL Exposure
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Software Technical Documentation/Software Specification/Requirements Gathering
- Assist with Creating of Technical and Functional Specifications
- C#/.NET Development
