Description
Mobile Number Portability consultant is required by a leading technology organisation to work on a project in Iran for a long term project. The purpose of this position is to help working on an RFP to invite bids to implement a suitable system + continue to manage the implementation.
RFP will get timely information on elements that could be impacted by MNP (eg GMSC, HLR/FNR, OSS/BSS, ..etc.). Most of the activities will be features upgrade to existing systems to enable MNP. The only challenge will probably be in the OSS/BSS (ie provisioning, mediation, etc) where some development might be required. Implementing MNP on network elements (excluding development on BSS) like a G-MSC, HLR, etc., This project - task should take 6-8 weeks and this should include SW upgrades, MNP feature/configuration implementation, testing, live system cut over and acceptance.
