For our client, a major pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a
Senior Business Analyst for Polaris Global Mobility (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Support implementation of payroll interface between Polaris Global Mobility system and in-house SAP payroll systems worldwide
- Analysis of payroll interfaces between Polaris Global Mobility system with payroll providers outside the organization
- Design and support of interface implementation together with respective local payroll responsible offices
- Evaluation and support servicing/support model required for smooth experience of international assignees while solution will be deployed
- Execute plan for implementation, testing and change management as well as delivery of proposed solutions in 2016
- Create reports and analytics based on input data set
Your qualifications
- Proven record as Business Analyst in HRIT, having strong experience with HR Global Mobility and International Assignment processes
- Good understanding of the nature of assignment related cost data (actual and shadow payroll reporting)
- Strong experience in data validation and understanding of the importance in reporting to fiscal authorities
- Know-how of payroll reconciliation processes as well as SAP payroll
- Expertise with Polaris Global Mobility solution (or equivalent system)
- Analytical and logical problem resolution skills
- Knowledge of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, test and release solutions
- Experience working in a global environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Pharmaceutical background is a plus
