Description

Do you want to be part of a company in luxury bikes? Are you a service oriented type? In this role you will have the opportunity to work for a fast growing company that is expanding their business in Germany.

You will be fully responsible as a contact person for the German clients of this organisation, in servicing their needs in all their inquiries and requested quotes.

The company

The company is operating in the vehicle industry for over a decade. They have a beautiful office in Amsterdam with a nice work environment.

You will

  • Provide accurate communication with all our clients
  • Handle all incoming inquiries and quotes from your clients, mostly business to business
  • Manage the complete service delivery process
  • Assist the account managers in Germany
  • Be proactive in sales

You are

A service oriented person that is showing energy & thoroughness as well. You are an excellent communicator and have high problem-solving skills. Does a fast changing environment brings you excitement and the willingness to take that extra step with a team?

Your profile:

  • Bachelor/Master degree level
  • Native German speaker
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Customer service orientation
  • Affinity with technical products
  • High in energy & flexible
