Description
Software Configuration Manager, Perl Java C++, Clearcase GIT HP-ALM and SPARX Architecture background is required for 2 year Mission in Brussels - English ONLY €350 a day as the length of contract mission is very long!
We need a person who has experience as a Software Configuration Manager, who knows how to configure a development domain, has understanding of Continuous integration, Scripting (both Perl and Shell), manages Clearcase, Git and Gerrit (ideally all of them), and has good basis of Java and/or C/C++.
Expected activities
Be a key player for the evolution of the NM NTS Development Environment and more specifically for the development of the next generation of the SCM process and tools.
Participate to projects related to the selection and deployment of new tools in the Development Environment.
Support the SCM process by developing and maintaining CMA system (CC-Tools).
Support NTS developers using the development environment and tools.
Support COTS and tools integration into the development environment.
Contribute to the administration of IBM Rational ClearCase environment.
Skills
Mandatory:
Solid knowledge with SCM systems and procedures.
Solid knowledge in Scripting languages (ksh, Perl)
Solid knowledge of Linux.
Good knowledge of ClearCase and Git.
Experience with MS Windows environment, MS Word and Excel.
Important:
Team-work spirit and communication skills.
Customer oriented and support minded.
Advantage:
Experience with software development practices with special orientation to Java development and tools like Gradle, Gerrit, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus and Eclipse.
Experience with specific tools like HP-ALM and SPARX Enterprise Architect.
