Description

Chess Telecom are currently looking to recruit a Commissions Co-ordinator to join their busy Commissions Team. The role requires a numerate individual with proven administration experience within an office environment, preferably with Telecoms Experience.

The successful candidate will work from our offices in Borehamwood reporting directly to the Commissions Manager.

Hours: 37½ hours per week, Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply.

Holiday Allowance: 20 days paid holiday p.a. increased upon anniversaries, ultimately to 25 days p.a., plus public holidays

Remuneration: up to £22,000 per annum dependent upon experience and reviewed on an annual basis plus a KPI package reviewed in May of each year.

Bonus: A monthly performance related bonus to come into affect following successful completion of probationary period, plus annual company bonus which can be up to 10% of total annual remuneration.

Duties to include but not restricted to:

- To complete and support the new business application process, which includes complying with all industry requirements and standards
- To liaise with other internal departments to ensure a regular flow of communication
- To produce Month End reports to senior management
- To raise credit notes and invoices as and when required using OGL to ensure correct records are kept of monies owing and due to the company
- To review, produce and support network reconciliations
- To process all insurance revenues to clients
- To manage the query responses from all networks
- To calculate and upload daily, weekly and monthly connections data to internal databases
- Manage internal and external queries
- Updating disconnections data on a monthly basis
- Pay and reconcile monthly and quarterly bonuses to partners
- Any other ad hoc duties relating to the finance department
