Description
We seek a UX Designer who has modern web/mobile product design experience to help us design a major new SaaS module for our Enterprise employee management system. Our goal is to evaluate up to 3 competitive offerings (all of which are available as online SaaS products) and from these harvest the best ideas and features for an entirely new performance management system. This new SaaS module will focus on employee goal setting, tracking, and social influence to encourage greater focus on companies goals.Your role will be to analyze and capture the best feature ideas and then design the entire end-2-end feature set and user experience for our new module.
You must be highly skilled in rapidly analyzing existing software functionality and features as well be world class at modern usability and software product design.
We welcome hourly or fixed fee project based freelancers.
To be considered you must overlap with U.S. hours at least 2-3 hours each day. Additionally you must have a recent online portfolio of work for us to review. You must have proven experience working strategically to design new SaaS products from a competitive POV which includes knowing how to analyze a competitors offering as well as mapping out the complete flow of tasks a user would take to achieve success using our new product.
