SAP HR - OpenText xECM Consultant:
eurpeoples customer is seeking an experienced SAP HR consultant to join its assignment in Belgium. The selected candidate will possess a minimum of between 3-5 years of hands on SAP HR experience as well as possessing specific hands on, project based experience within Open Text xECM.
Responsibilities:
You are a focal point for the design of the solution from a business perspective
You have an extensive expertise related to HR Service Delivery models based on international/complex implementations of SAP HR and digital personnel file solutions in the context of the creation of an HR Shared Service Center.
You define the proposed solutions based on your SAP HR, OpenText xECM, Content Server, EFM knowledge
You enter the customizing and are responsible for the design of the solution, including the monitoring of the developments and installations
You are responsible for the delivery of the technical documentation
Technical skills:
You are familiar with HR Service Delivery models based on extensive project experience
You have proven that you can manage yourself and subprojects have a PRINCE2 Foundation certificate or equivalent
You are fluent following software technology: SAP HR, OpenText xECM, OpenText EFM, OpenText Content Server, Open Text Archive Server, Open Text Enterprise Scan
You are certified in the appropriate technology from Open Text
You have a good knowledge of Open Text xECM/Content Server/Archive Server architecture due to the design of specific interfaces
You have a good knowledge of best practices in the field of implementation of SAP HR, OpenText xECM and EFM components
You have experience with the design of Lean processes in administrative environments
All applicants must have excellent communication skills and MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH. Applicants who also speak FRENCH and/or DUTCH will be at a distinct advantage
