My client a leading IT services solutions provider are seeking to recruit senior business analyst/ customer engagement manager and you will bring the below skill set:
IT Engagement Manager
You will be an experienced Customer Engagement Manager (CEM), confident in building relationships at C level to identify the IT needs of current and prospective clients to allow us to pro-actively tender for new projects before they go out to bid.
This role would suit an analytical mind such as a Senior Business Analyst or IT Quality Manager.
At the moment, our speciality in the UK lies mostly within the Telecoms industry. However, we are a global company and we are looking to expand into other markets. As well as Telecoms, we are also considering globally experienced CEMs with expertise in Manufacturing & Banking and Insurance.

Good Listener - project particulars are almost always informed from a business need. To do the job well, there is a requirement for the CEM to be across this need. Listen and learn from stakeholders what they want. Then, continually assess the understood need against all aspects of the project.
Resourcefulness - there is need for the CEM to be resourceful and have contacts, colleagues, experts which they can draw upon in a timely manner to help the steerage of their project.
Facilitate the preparation of the data and provide clear analysis to enable informed decisions to be made by stakeholders.
Provide project managers with the awareness of the budget, current spend availability and any variances. Support PMs to resolve Variances.
Governance and Quality Assurance - work in partnership with the central Governance team to embed agreed processes effectively throughout the portfolio or large programme ensuring quality, consistency and control.
Risk & Issue & Change Control Management.
Planning management - Agree planning standards & Tools effectively throughout the portfolio or large programme ensuring quality, consistency and control. Set and maintain portfolio/Programme roadmap escalating relevant intelligent information to leadership team or department
MI Management - Own generation of portfolio/programme reporting develop and update the MI with consideration of stakeholders to ensure continued improvement & relevance. Ensuring Consistency & Quality outputs, highlighting key information to relevant audiences.

Articulating Business Needs and Business Cases
Help Bridge the gap between Business and IT
Identify business opportunities for customers
Gather and processes complex business problems and/or strategies in order to build suitable solutions with help from Digital Architect and Data Architect
Participate in the budget process for the assigned business process from a business and IT perspective.
Help with organising Technology Events
Assist in RFIs/RFPs/RFQs
Help in Sales to delivery handoff
Setup the delivery function with Support from BU/Account Heads
