Description

Oracle Payroll Specialist required for our client a leading Mobile Telco Operator looking for a Payroll Specialist with proven knowledge of the Oracle E-business.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Timely and accurate compilation, input and checking of monthly payroll data
  • Completion of payroll run and associated processes
  • Processing and reporting of RTI and auto-enrolment pensions
  • Transfer and reconciliation of costs to GL
  • Providing courteous and helpful advice to internal and external customers
  • Arranging payments to employees, HMRC, courts, etc.
  • Compilation of data for and preparation of PAYE Settlement Agreement
  • Maintaining focus on continuous improvement of procedures
  • Fostering good relationships to promote effective cross-functional working
  • Production of business reporting and audit deliverables as required.

Skills & Experience

  • High standard of numeracy
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a pressured environment
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrable Oracle skills (payroll/HRMS)
  • Payroll vocational qualification eg CIPP or Payroll Alliance
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment and pensions legislation
  • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle R12 payroll/E-business suite
  • Previous responsibility for production of PSA
  • Team leader/coaching experience.
